1920s Gatsby themed party – transforming an industrial barn into the most stunning party space.
This party took place in our Client’s industrial barn, so everything was brought in and installed transforming a cold dank warehouse into an opulent Gatsby Mansion. The space was divided and styled around 1920’s New York Soho for the first part of the evening, with dens of iniquity and speakeasy cabaret corners. Catering happened street style with chefs cooking in full view of everyone. Once dinner was over a flash mob routine stopped everyone in their tracks and encourage them through to the spectacular ballroom styled space with Charleston displays and dancing to the UK’s best party band.

The Worx, London – draping, lighting, DJ booth and dance floor by Mirage Parties.
Draping and lighting were key in transforming this space. First, floor to ceiling blackout drapes were hung to omit light pollution and aid acoustics. Then we hung huge purpose made swagged drapes and string curtaining. The height and scale of the draping created a dramatic feel. LED lighting and mirror ball, combined with the draping transformed the mood and atmosphere for the evening.

Festival themed 50th – giant hat Katas set for dinner and dancing in a greenfield space.
On this greenfield site in West Sussex we styled three giant hat Katas for dinner and dancing and arranged 25 individual tepees around a fireplace as onsite sleeping accommodation for guests for a festival themed party. More Henley festival than Glastonbury, the party spaces featured vintage props and bunting, festival flags, chrome lanterns and table candelabras. Guests enjoyed a three course meal and a string quartet, singing duo and jazz band completed the night.
