1. Tipis

Photo showing three large tipi structures, joined together to make a party area, with a firer in the foreground. — One way to make an immediate impression and set the tone of the whole party is to use these majestic tipi structures, like we did for this incredible 50th! Not only do they make everyone think of Glastonbury but they provide an incredible backdrop to the nights festivities. They also provide much needed rain cover, we are in England after all!

2. Festival flags and bunting

Alongside the tipis these make the very best first impression, as soon as your guest arrive they know that this is going to be an unforgettable event!

3. Custom signage

Family holidays in Marbella, or maybe the birthday boy was born in New York, a great excuse to signpost those places!

4. Band tent

A dedicated band tent, with a proper stage, lighting and sound set up, keeps the band safely under cover and protects them from the rain, or the sun. We think it’s fun to have multiple bands throughout the day, playing sets to keep the festival vibes going all day long!

5. Dance tent

Well you can call yours what you want but the idea is the same, a late night party tent with a fantastic DJ playing only your favourite tunes to dance to. Sure to get everyone jumping up and down, and begging the DJ to play just one more song!

6. Dress code

There’s nothing like planning your festival wardrobe, constantly checking the weather to see whether you’ll need factor 50 SPF or that silly umbrella hat your friend got you for Christmas last year. We love it when people really throw themselves into the aesthetic, the more flower crowns the better, just like all the guest did at this fantastic festival party in Surrey.

7. Glitter artist

A simple flower on the cheek or both arms completely glittered, the choice is yours!

8. Night-time lighting

You want the festival to look as stunning by night as it does by day. Not only pretty fairy lights and miles of festoon, but lights so your bar staff can still see to make the cocktails. Lights guiding guests back towards the exit and away from the duckpond! These are all little things that here at Mirage, we never forget about!

9. Glamping tents

We adore setting up glamping bell tents, complete with comfy beds and lighting to rest weary heads, even popular with the older members of the family! For the next morning why not have a breakfast truck arriving to serve a survivors breakfast?

10. Catering

For a real festival atmosphere we could create your very own food court, with a burger stand, a pizza stall, dessert station and anything else that you desire, it’s your event after all! Allowing an informal relaxed approach to catering keeps the festival vibes and allows everyone to eat when they want, but for a touch of luxury, elegant canapes and bowl foods circulating throughout the evening is also a great choice.
