As planners of luxury parties we know how to ensure the atmosphere is kept exclusive and the guests privacy is maintained, this starts the minute you get in contact with us. We never reveal names of clients to our suppliers, addresses and venue details are only given to trusted suppliers to provide us with accurate costs for their services. From start to finish, your personal details are safeguarded as if they were our own.
Security personnel you can rely on.
We have a trusted list of security personnel. Not only are the security staff for your event vetted and SIA licensed, they’re friendly and personable, setting everyone at ease and promoting a confidence that, should trouble, arise you are in safe hands. Guest lists are managed meticulously, so only those you’ve approved are welcomed. Should any challenge arise, you’re in safe hands with a team that’s ready for anything.
Event day staff briefings.
Pre-event we always have a briefing with any staff working the event; catering, bar, security and anyone else who needs to know details. This ensures everyone is aligned on protocols and etiquette, including how to handle high profile guests with discretion and professionalism. All our waiting and bar staff are well versed in the operation of luxury events and understand the level of customer service required. Even small touches, like phone camera stickers, can be supplied to everyone working the event to ensure ultimate privacy.
Post event privacy.
After the event, our trusted suppliers follow strict guidelines when it comes to sharing imagery of their work. It’s even part of their contract with us! Whatever the event, our suppliers never share photos online unless with our approval, and when we feature your event on our case studies page or on our social media we focus on set-up shots and maintain your privacy by keeping guest images distant, blurred, or if you prefer no people shots at all, we’ll always honour your wishes.
