Its been all go at Mirage HQ this week.
We’ve been meeting with clients across London and the home counties to arrange corporate events, 40th and 50th birthday parties, a children’s party and also a Bar Mitzvah.
While the bulk of parties are being planned for summer 2017, two events are taking place early next month, and another large scale event is planned for summer 2018.
Advanced Party Planning
So, you might ask, ‘how soon is too soon to start planning?’
The answer is, there’s really no such thing as ‘too soon’. The earlier you book, the more choice you have.
We are experts on all the best party venues and greenfield spaces. We know where you can party into the early hours and we know the spaces that will allow you to transform a venue into a the most spectacular environment.
If you’re planning a party in the grounds of your home, we’ll arrange to visit the site. You’ll be surprised how we can work with even the most difficult spaces; terraced gardens, boggy fields and smaller spaces with limited access.
In the run up to your party, we will be onsite to manage the installation of all the services that you require; from lighting and sound equipment, DJ, acts and entertainment, catering and bar, to floristry, fireworks, photography, security and cloakroom. On the day we are there to manage the whole party.
Short Notice
We do also arranged events at extraordinarily short notice. We relish the challenge!
Memorably, we planned a big budget, 300 person party with a fortnight’s notice. This corporate event was an immense success. Strong working relationships with the best suppliers, entertainers and fresh talented artists means we have the right connections to not just get the job done, but to push the envelope and create a spectacular event. There’s nothing like putting a creative under pressure to get the best job.
Late last year we created a London garden party encapsulating the client’s Ghanian heritage. The short lead time and limited access times, being in a private communal garden in Londons West End, meant some logistical challenges.
A clearspan structure housed the party, catering, greenroom and production. The ceiling and tables were draped in genuine Ghanaian fabrics and our chefs created a sumptuous West African buffet menu. Music was provided by a fabulous African band mixing Soukous and African Rumba with an urban edge. See more photos from this London Garden Party.
