Our clients wanted to host a joint 21st summer celebration for all three of their children—a pair of twins and an elder sister whose plans had been delayed by the twists of Covid.
Nestled in one of the most charming gardens we’ve had the pleasure of working in. The setting was enhanced by a stretch tent structure that seamlessly incorporated the lush planting into the party space. Given the sloping terrain, we installed a temporary floor prior to erecting the tent to ensure a smooth level surface.
On a magical clear night featuring a full moon in early June, guests entered the tent through a picturesque wildflower meadow. They were welcomed by the melodic tunes of our exceptionally talented acoustic guitarist, setting the perfect ambiance for the welcome reception drinks.
Our catering team circulated a tempting array of canapés, bowl food, and dessert-style treats. Meanwhile, our flair bartenders dazzled guests with their impressive cocktail-making skills, adding a touch of excitement to the celebration.
As part of the design we tailored the bar to accommodate the wheelchair guests. This ensured they could comfortably join in the festivities at the bar and soak in the party vibe. The dancefloor buzzed with energy throughout the night thanks to our fabulous Dj Rosie. A night of shared joy and celebration in the enchanting embrace of a moon lit summer garden.
