Having worked with our client on all of their children’s coming-of-age parties, including 18ths and 21sts, our longstanding clients decided it was time to celebrate a milestone of their own—using semi-retirement as a loose excuse for a summer celebration. Although the initial retirement plans faced delays postponing the party by a year and further setbacks due to the pandemic, we persevered, and nearly three years later, their celebration became a reality.
The clients’ home served as a splendid backdrop for the marquee, strategically placed on their impressive terrace. This allowed us to construct a sizable, elegant, and stylish structure. The ample adjacent outdoor space allowed guests to gather and bask in the summer evening sunshine. Whilst our culinary offerings, featuring appetising canapés, bowl food, and dessert canapés, ensured the satisfaction of all attendees.
The focal point of the celebration was the large central mirrored bar, introducing a swanky cocktail bar dynamic to the proceedings. Positioned at an elevated level, on a stage we used to cover a giant fire pit on the terrace. This offered a superb vantage point for people to watch the dancing and enjoy the live band. This event, years in the making, finally came to fruition, marking a momentous occasion for our cherished clients. A summer celebration like no other.
