This was a party plan that was a little out of our usual area. Our client felt that they lived in a party planning shadow so contacted us to bring a little style and sophistication to the Lincolnshire county. He wanted to celebrate the big 60 with close family and friends and for it to be very different from anything they could experience locally.
Tipis were the chosen structure as they created a dramatic vista in their wonderful garden and gave a warm and cosy feel to the event. Using eclectic furniture gave everyone a talking point and all flocked to try the grass sofa and created a really unique and comfy stylish environment for all to enjoy. As the late summer light faded the extensive garden lighting we installed made the setting magical.
We brought with us the high end caterers Caper and Berry who never disappoint and provided exquisite canapés, barbecued bowl food and enticing dessert canapés which guests found too tempting and nothing went to waste.
Our clients wanted their guests entertained throughout. The marvellous roaming band, we have so successfully used on other parties, circulated amongst the guests during the earlier part of the evening and received an astounding reception. Our DJ kept the music vibe going between sets, and prior to the headline act ‘The Kings’ who came to the stage and rocked!
But the true highlight for everyone were the flare cocktail bartenders who mixed the most wonderful cocktails all night and entertained all with their flare showmanship.
