Previously we’d planned an African themed 50th birthday party for this family. We were thrilled to work with them again to create a colourful carnival style 21st birthday party for their daughter.
The family’s garden was at its magnificent peak during June so a stretch tent was chosen to incorporate their picturesque setting into the party space. Outrageous Rio styled feathered costumes were worn by our talented stilt walking duo who set the scene as guests arrived and later in the evening returned with their attention grabbing photo LED frame. We took the colourful theme and ran with it by draping the interior with large swags of bright material and as darkness fell the mood lighting enhanced the space spectacularly. Added to this some bespoke props and the tent became the perfect environment for a carnival.
A central bar is always a winner and the cocktails proved popular throughout the night. Yummy simple finger food was circulated for a good couple of hours to keep the guest’s hunger in check. This proved immensely popular and provides exceptional value for money. Our immensely skilled DJ kept guests both young and old on the dance floor throughout the party and when the roaming bongo player mingled amongst everyone on the dance floor the partying erupted
