Our clients wanted to have a party to celebrate her 50th birthday and also to surprise their guests by announcing that they had married that week. The private party was to be sophisticated and stylish but with a cool party space to dance and party hard.
Our client’s garden created some logistical challenges; restricted access, glass balustrades, multiple levels, sloping ground and limited space meant careful party planning and creative solutions. Marquees were sited over 4 levels, with multiple terraces, established plants, patios and lawns. From initial site visits we made detailed plans for the construction and build of the structure, taking into consideration the unique and limited garden space.
For the interior event design we took inspiration from our client’s Scandinavian contemporary style which worked well with the main reception tent having dramatic bespoke draping in grey and white with contemporary high-end furniture. In contrast the dance tent was a dark nightclub styled environment.
Along with the cocktail bar we supplied the very best reception singer, guitarist, DJ, and photographer, and produced and delivered a wonderful event.
