We were delighted that this party came to us through a supplier’s recommendation. The client was looking to host a 50th birthday party in the garden of their Wimbledon home. A white, Ibiza-cool vibe gave a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere which was exactly on brief.
Following a detailed recce of the space available, we suggested a stretch tent which worked well with the garden layout and space available. The stretch tent complemented the contemporary style of the client’s house perfectly and was the ideal structure to make the most of the balmy late summer nights.
A dramatic September sky created a beautiful backdrop and as day turned to night the lighting helped enhance the party atmosphere. Guests were greeted by one of our fabulous Drag queens as they arrived, they were then treated to a magnificent menu of canapés and bowl food. Our cocktail bartenders served “plentiful” cocktails from a shabby chic central bar to get everyone in the party mood.
A laid back summer soundtrack from one of our international DJs set the tone for the evening with chilled house mixes and well known tracks. Shortly after the sun had set one of the celebrity favourites, ‘Fake Tan’, took to the stage. Clad all in white, they gave a thrilling performance before handing a full dance floor back to the DJ for guests to dance into the early hours.
