We love a local client, for a family based near our HQ we planned an unforgettable joint 18th & 21st birthday party for them and 150 of their guests. Hosting a festival themed party in their back garden, we created a truly unforgettable celebration.
The party was constructed in our clients expansive garden that also included two very large ponds. To ensure optimum safety, festival-style security was on hand to patrol the ponds.
The expansive space lent itself perfectly to two stretch marquees to house the party guests in the evening. With experience in creating festival themed parties our party planners ensured the festival vibe was carried throughout the event. A band tent was included where a large eight-piece Reggae & Ska band played for the first part of the evening. Guests danced along whilst the sun set, creating a fabulous ambience for the party. For festival goers wanting to dance into the small hours our magnificent DJ played in our stylish dance tent.
To create an authentic, immersive experience for our clients and guests, the party was designed around an open fire to allow guests to wander around the dedicated areas. To add to the theme we also constructed a beach bar, lucky for us their client’s gardeners were in charge of dumping the tonnage of sand and subsequent post party removal!
Our expert caterers were always on hand to feed the festival goers and given the nature of the celebration simple catering was on hand. Our constructed food stall kept the whole party fed as it moved from day to night.
The British weather gave us a wonderful, balmy evening for our guests to really enjoy a festival event without the mud!
