It’s always a joy when we receive an enquiry from clients who are local to our offices here in Bletchingley. This party celebrated a landmark 50th birthday, treating guests to an impressive night to remember. An understated invitation to “a bit of a party in a tent in my back garden” rather cleverly undersold it.
We designed a temporary event structure on significant decking to work with our client’s challenging high sloping garden. Entrance levels and porches were built with great attention to detail to synergise with the recently landscaped garden while retaining space and height to give an immediate sense of scale for maximum impact.
The interior styling was sleek and plush, akin to the very best London hotel bars. Guests were treated to an array of gorgeous cocktails and a selection of fine (local) gins from expert mixologists at an opulent circular mirrored bar with a bespoke chandelier encasement.
Hostesses welcomed guests with Champagne before pretty canapés were circulated followed by delicious bowl food that kept everyone sated for a night of partying. An incredible line up of musical talent performed electrifying sets and our wonderful top international club DJ had guests fill the dance floor into the early hours.
