Our new client approached us to produce a sophisticated celebration for her husband’s 60th birthday. Aiming for a refined London venue, she desired an evening that would leave every guest feeling pampered and thoroughly impressed.
In response, we went through our extensive venue database, presenting her with several suitable options available for the chosen date. After which we then visited two contenders with her to finalize the perfect setting. The moment she stepped into The Belgravia, it was evident that we had presented the ideal blank canvas—a venue radiating elegance in the heart of a prestigious London postcode.
To infuse the event with the client’s passion for Safari, we curated a styling theme. Our team adorned the venue with tasteful and stylish furniture, foliage and playfully complemented by life-sized African animal props. The lighting design, meticulously crafted, enhanced the Georgian décor, creating an ambiance that was not just inviting, but also swanky, stylish, and entirely bespoke to our client’s wishes.
Our culinary experts designed a sociable dining experience, featuring enticing canapés, bowl foods, and decadent dessert bites that one simply couldn’t resist. The cocktail bar, a bustling hub throughout the night, saw our talented bartenders crafting exquisite cocktails and offering a full selection of spirit mixers and beer, ensuring a lively atmosphere until the early hours.
Entertainment took center stage, elevating the celebration and keeping the dance floor buzzing. Guests were treated to a mix-and-mingle mind-reading performer, two exceptional bands, a top-notch DJ, and even a showcase of the client’s daughter’s solo singing career. It was a fabulous night and certainly ticked all the boxes for an opulent safari themed 60th.
