Working with our client for his wife’s surprise 40th birthday party, we created a brilliant night of 1920s Gatsby extravagance.
Held at the Cafe Royal Hotel in London we worked with the sumptuous decor of the room and gave it a strong 1920s/Gatsby theme. We bought in period furniture and theatrical props and created a packed programme of themed entertainment through out the night.
The night comprised flapper girls, meet and greet acts, LED canapé tables, photo pod, band and DJ, culminating in an amazing flashmob dance. Everyone certainly had an evening of surprises.
With our attention to detail not only on the night but during the planning stage, challenges like the Summer Streets road closures, a 10k run around the venue and a rail strike were taken in our stride and the setup day went flawlessly ensuring a fabulous evening for all the guests.
