The 5th party for this lovely client who wanted a secret woodland cabaret party for her 50th. This was one of the many parties postponed from 2020 due too Covid.
With a number of stretch tents set amongst the trees we created a magical setting for her party. The whole evening was about theatre from the setting in the trees to the catering, and cocktails. Meandering paths led through the wild grasses and flowers. Lit with lanterns to lead guests to the different areas. Draping through the trees linked these areas to create additional interest to the area during daylight. With the lighting, festoons and lanterns taking over as darkness fell.
We served exquisite theatrical food from creative food stations with desserts to be found hanging in the trees after the spectacular firework display. The evening was built around the great cabaret with acts that included the amazing Ben Hanlin and the edgy and very funny Catherine Bohart.
We loved creating and delivering this woodland cabaret party and despite covid and the looming weather the evening proved to be a huge success.
